Infrastructure
College Canteen
The College has provided a canteen facility to the students as well as teaching and non-teaching staff. The canteen is located inside the college campus since its inception. The canteen is primarily responsible for serving nutritious and hygienic food. Students are coming from far off places start their journey to the college early in the morning and take their breakfast in the canteen. Even many teachers use canteen facilities with tea and snacks early in the morning and before leaving the college. The main objective of the college canteen is to develop good and healthy food habits among the students. The canteen provides quality food at reasonable price.
Library
The U V Sanskar College Library started its operations and services in the year 2011. College has developed an impressive collection of books comprising of unique resources and rare books. Library aims at accomplish and aid teaching, learning, research and community services by providing high quality academic information resources, education and related facilities to students and teaching fraternity in an environment that encourages reflective and collaborative enquiry. We aspire to be flexible and experimental organization that encourages innovation and Staff Collaboration.
Playground
For the all-round development of students U V Sanskar College has special arrangement for sports. We all know that a healthy mind lives in a healthy body. A fit body makes the mind fitter. Moreover sports are a pre-requisite for any students to gain perfection both at a mental as well as physical level. Inter-College sports competitions are held from time to time.
The College’s playgrounds are an important part of our college infrastructure as sometimes the learning environment on the playground can be just as important as in the classroom as playtime can provide not only physical benefits, but also emotional, social and cognitive benefits to students. Therefore, Sports and Games are a regular part of our institute. Ours is a mega campus equipped with modern sports facilities. Sports comprise facilities for- Athletics, Football, Badminton, Cricket, Yoga etc. The college has huge playgrounds to facilitate students with sports activities and inter- ollege events. So that students can stay fit, learn self-control and enliven their imaginations, enhance independent thinking, develop self- confidence, and experience accomplishment by conquering challenges.
Multipurpose Hall
U V Sanskar College boasts of a fully audio-visual enabled seminar hall which can accommodate over 200+ people. The seminar hall is soundproof with warm lights, wireless internet connection, high resolution overhead projector, professional grade display, white board, dais, podium and sound system with mics.
The seminar hall is effectively used to host a plethora of events in the field of academics, co-curricular and extra-curricular activities. It is perennially occupied by different departments, clubs and committees for all college events and external functions such as guest lectures, fests, training, conferences and corporate events.
It serves the purpose of learning out of the conventional classroom too!
